2. How will we do our work? (tools, priorities, academic technology leadership, plan for classrooms)
3. When will we do our work? (timelines, milestones, etc)
4. Who will do the work or who will we work with? (staffing, internal and external relationships, library, Deans, LET, LA , LRTS)
5. Why do we do our work? (faculty support, dashboard(s), quality, number certified v. demand, Baldrige, online programs)
